Create an account to start using our services
- Select the Sign Up button located at the top right corner of the home page and proceed to register as a student
- Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your email inbox.
- Confirm your identity by submitting the required supporting documents
- Complete your profile by filling out the form available on the profile page of your dashboard

Once you find the right tutor
After finding a tutor that meets your criteria, proceed to purchase their service and reach out to them via message to discuss your specific needs. They will then contact you and arrange an online meeting to commence your lesson. You may also message tutors before making a payment to inquire about their services.
After completing a lesson
Upon completing a lesson, it’s important to mark the service as complete. If you encounter any dissatisfaction with a lesson, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team will thoroughly investigate the matter. If the issue is determined to be on our end, we will issue a complete refund.
